Welcome to post 1 of my crazy life!! Buckle up buttercup!! This is about to get real! JUST WARNING YA!

This past week has been crazy! My endo totally flared up. It has never been this bad. I knew my cycle was getting ready to start but holy crap! I literally had to force myself out of bed to go to work or do anything. My body hurt like it never had before, I had severe headaches and I was extremely tired. I havent been able to keep food down for about 4 wks so that should have been a given. I can only eat a few bites and im done. I gag or throw up! The foods I used to love… I can no longer eat. I cant eat bacon, brats, watermelon or some sauces just to name a few!! It sucks!!

I haven’t slept in weeks and a heating pad and ibuprofen have become my new BFF!!! Insomnia with ENDO IS REAL! My period this week is insane!!! NON STOP and cramping is unbelievable!! My body aches and headaches have gotten worse and my acne is soo bad! UGH!!

But… on a brighter note… all of this has led me here!! I wanted to make a website and blog for all of us!! To let you know that YOU are not alone!! I have worked on this alll week long non stop minus my work time!!

Work related…. fyi… im a hot mess. Ill just say what i feel and how i feel when i think about it. Sooo our journey here will be entertaining!! I started with 4 clients and now im up to 29! Soo excited. Im exhausted but excited!! Everyone is sooo different and needs something different. I love the challenge!!!

Leave me a comment and let me know what foods you now cant tolerate or what has changed for you. Or heck just leave me a comment and say how you are!! First posts are always fun!!
