Hello, everyone. My name is Valerie. I am 44 years old. I am divorced and a mother of three beautiful children. Logan is 21, Dylan is 19, and Aubrey is 16.

In my spare time or on my days off, I love to read, hike, go to the pool or beach, and take care of all of my indoor plants. I also enjoy all types of sports and going to concerts.

I have struggled since early teenage years with severe pelvic pain, bleeding and cysts. After 28 yrs I was officially finally diagnosed with Endometriosis at 43 in Feb of 2024. I had surgery in March.

I started my workout journey in March of 2021. I became a Beachbody coach a few months later. In May of 2025 I studied and got my CPT (certified personal trainer) license. I am now a Personal Trainer at a local gym. I started with 4 clients not of my own and now I have worked my way up to 29! Below is my certificate!!
